You should definitely retake the GMAT. Round 3 with limited seats is going to be definitely more competitive than the first 2 rounds and ISB has academic excellence as one of the important criteria for selection. Your score of 550 is too low. Other than that, your profile looks diverse though I do not have a sense of your professional achievements from your write-up and your EC look solid too.
A good application in place with a strong GMAT score should make your profile competitive.

Since average for ISB is 710, you may want to at least have that score or even higher than that. Other reasons, such as low marks in XII and a traditional profile also necessitate that in your case.
However, this is only one part of the equation. You also need to put together a compelling application and you would also need time for that. You need to bring out stories of impact and leadership in your essays and that should also take time, in case you haven’t worked on those before.

Academically, as you have graduated from Delhi University, a big brand, it provides crucial value addition to your profile. Now, your college grades of 60% is a bit on the lower end. However, it would not hinder your application as the AdComs base majority judgment on aptitude test score and work experience of the MBA applicants.
Speaking about your GRE score of 315 is on the lower end, given that you are applying for an ISB PGP program. You would require a score of 322 and above to increase your chances of acceptance. Therefore, I would highly recommend a retake to improve your score and target top B schools like ISB.
As far as your work experience goes, an MBA is a manager's degree and requires significant work experience. Your 4.2 years of work experience with American Express sets you at par with your competitors because the schools are mostly looking for profiles with big brand names attached to them. Here, you have also worked with international teams and clients, and managed managers from two different nationalities. This serves as an added advantage as it highlights your broadened perspective, leadership, and communication skills and would allow you to stand out from the crowd.
Your other experiences of collaborating with multinational conglomerates, being one of the top 10% performers at Amex for 1.5 years further proves how you gradually followed an upward trend in your professional career. One thing to consider here is that while applying, you will be competing with applicants with extensive work experience hailing from similar big brands. Thus, to differentiate yourself, you can maybe talk about the kind of projects you worked on, how you were able to add value to your company, what skills you gained, what impact you created and what you’ve learned in the process.
Moreover, you should understand that your extracurricular activities are equally important as they will showcase a holistically developed profile which is what the schools are looking for. Your knowledge of two international dance forms, i.e., Salsa and Bachata, definitely adds uniqueness to your profile as It showcases your cultural adaptability which, in turn, works in your favour. Furthermore, you could take up some courses or certifications in management, as top b schools are on the lookout for those who are constantly on the path of upskilling themselves. Also, showcasing any volunteering or CSR activities you participated in during your work experience would strengthen your application. If you do not have any yet, you should work for a social cause or an NGO to showcase your drive to give back to society.
Most importantly, you have mentioned that you want to get admission in the MBA program at ISB that comes under the dream category school wherein, if you go for a retake, your chances of acceptance would stand around 50%. To increase your chances, you will need to back your profile with a very strong application that consists of your Essays, LORs, and Resume, as it carries 30% of an impact on your chances of bagging an admit in any of the top B-schools.
Moreover, in order to hedge your bets wisely, it is always better to target a good mix of 6-8 schools while applying for a business degree. Since you have not mentioned your location preferences or what you are looking for in a program, I’d not be able to suggest schools you could be targeting. I am 24 years old at the time of writing. I am working at a bulge bracket investment banking practice, though in a middle office for the past year and a half, and also pursuing CFA charter along with my job.
Extracurricular: Head of the literary society while at college and organised festivals. Actively involved with my firm's CSR team, and used to volunteer with a local NGO prior to the pandemic.
What are the chances of getting through ISB for Round 1 this year?
