Thank you for sharing your profile. Overall, the academics look good and follow ISB expectations. I can see a good career trajectory on the work front. Bring out good and “interesting” leadership experiences as an auditor while working in the Big 4 accounting firms. Generally, auditing is considered a boring profile but make sure you bring interesting stories to the table to bring out a vibrant person on paper. Show how you've faced the hurdles and brought growth to yourself and your organization.
The average GMAT score for ISB is 710, so if you're going to make another try, ensure you score 700+ to get a decent shot at ISB.
Your ECs are good, and I am impressed to see that you have continued your enthusiasm for the sport through all your career phases. This exhibits your passion and will definitely add color to your profile. Participation in gaming tells about a lot of facets of your personality.
Overall, you have a decent profile, but I do not see impact in your profile right now. I am keen to hear more about your story and post-MBA goals to draw out the relevance of ISB (and maybe other schools) in your profile. Feel free to book a free session with us as per your convenience.

Hey sh1212,
Starting off with your profile evaluation, your 3 years of articleship being unique would differentiate you from the cohort and thus give you an upper-hand in the competition. Moreover, the presence of a big 4 consulting firm like Deloitte in your CV is an added feather to your hat as you will be competing against a pool of applicants hailing from similar backgrounds. However, your cumulative 2.6 years of work experience while extensive, lacks the value addition of a big brand name. You can overshadow this by explaining and highlighting the major projects of your work, the impacts created, and how you went beyond these roles and further groomed your skills and knowledge.
Furthermore, your level 2 clearance in both CFA and CA goes on vouch for your drive to constantly upskill yourself and thus complements your profile.
As for your extracurriculars, your role in the Rotaract Club for social welfare is an impressive value addition. These endeavors showcase your ability to impact others and to empathize with other people. Being a member of the college throwball team, you can highlight the endeavors that you took in the team and the sports activities you participated in can also be used to highlight your team-building skills along with bringing diversity to the school’s cohort.
Since you graduated a while ago, you can also take up some certifications to upskill yourself and showcase your interest in the field of management or maybe partake in some CSR activities in collaboration with NGOs to showcase your drive to give back to the society and shine light on your empathetic nature. This could further improve your profile and give you the required competitive edge.
Coming to your GMAT, to target a school like ISB, which falls under the dream category (being one of the top schools in India), a minimum of 700 is what you should be aiming for.
Based on your profile, your chance of acceptance into a school like ISB would stand at around 50%.
