Hi,
I am software developer at Oracle and I have been working for more than 2 years in Hyderabad. Before Oracle I worked for Virtusa Consulting Pvt Ltd for 2 years as well. I have done my BTech from IIT(BHU), Varanasi which was completed in 2010. I have represented Banaras Hindu University in National level basketball tournaments like All India Inter University and U.P Senior State Championship. Apart from this, I have captained my college's basketball team.

Considering your IT background, the GRE is slightly low and will not really help you stand out.
The range of GRE at ISB last year was 311-335 with the average at 325. Since you belong to the largest and most competitive pool, this score could harm your chances. With enough time for R2 deadline, I would highly recommend a retake with a target of 330.
On the work front, you have good brands on the CV (undergrad+companies) but what will matter more is the quality and depth of your work ex. That is- career progress, achievements at work, real business impact. Read here to know what factors to highlight in your written application.
Next, your extracurricular look interesting, but keep in mind that school/college activities carry a lower weight unless you have achieved something spectacular. You may want to talk abut the activities that you have done recently and your contribution in the same.
Lastly, the most vital piece of the admissions puzzle is missing- what are your career goals an why do you need an MBA. A profile evaluation and an MBA application is incomplete without a compelling answer around this. You may want to read here to add to your research.

Considering the typical IT profile, your GRE definitely needs a boost and we strongly suggest a retake, wherein you aim upwards of a 325. While the GRE will be a crucial factor in determining our chances, the career goals, as well as the portrayal of your candidature (to showcase diversity) will be equally important.
