Hi everyone, I have submitted my application for 2024 intake but it's been 4 days and I haven't heard back from them for an interview. In the application status it is showing "Awaiting Decision". From what I have read so far is that such status is visible post interview. Any idea on what this could be? Is this an indication of straight rejection, without even an interview?

Yes they potentially can, ideally if they are aligned to your career and importantly goals post B-school. A live project or an internship in your area of interest, even a short one (few weeks/ months) can also add significant value, beyodn the theoretical courses/ certifications.
