The format is- 30 seconds of preparation once the question is shown and then 1 minute to provide your reply. And there are two questions in all. Both video responses and no written responses. The platform also provides you with unlimited practice sessions to acclimatise yourself with the format and the KIRA platform itself. Take full advantage of it and once you’re sure, go ahead and take the actual interview.
