Given J = 0.75 P and J = 0.8 T ---> 0.75P =0.8T ----> T = (15/16)P ---> % of T less than P = \(\frac{P-T}{P} * 100\) = 6.25 %, D is the correct answer.
Mascarfi, when you mention the source of the question as "Source: Other - Please specify", please do specify the source in the question.

Usually We can solve every question of this type by choosing appropriate value of the Variable and deriving the value of other related variables.
Let, P = 400
then J = (75/100)*400 = 300
also J = (80/100)*T
i.e. T = 300*100/80 = 375
and T = [1-(x/100)]*P
i.e. 100-x = 100*T/P = 100*375/400 = 93.75
i.e. x = 6.25
Answer: Option D
