Combining statement 1 and 4 -> James > Kelly = Ned
Statement 2 and 3 translate to Luis > Mark < Ned
Assume numbers to double check. James = 90, Kelly = Ned = 80, Luis = 70, Mark = 65
Evaluating answer options to check which of them is true
(A) Luis weighs more than Ned. -> False
(B) Luis weighs more than James. -> False
(C) Kelly weighs less than Luis. -> False
(D) James weighs more than Mark. -> True
(E) Kelly weighs less than Mark. -> False
From the available answer options, Option D(James weighs more than Mark) is definitely true.
