We don't know where Luis will land in equation 1, he can be between J and K or before J or after K,N. Only thing we are sure is that he weighs more than M. So all other options mentioning L's comparison with others except M can be eliminated.
Only D and E will remain, out of which D is correct based on equation 1

considering all the above cases we get J>K=N>M BUT CANNOT DETERMINE THE EXACT POSITION OF L.It can be placed either between N & M or J & K


Therefore option (D) is the correct answer.
