I ll opt D.
In C, too and also convey the same meaning.so redundant.
In E it's past tense. We need present.
A has parallelism issue.
B is nonsensical in meaning.

I suppose we can throw out A,B,C, because the second part of the sentence has to start with name, or something that helps to maintain parallelism.
D - I do not like also in the end of the sentence, but it is 100% better than E.
Because in E we have 2 different times - present pefect continuous and past continuous - it is not good.
So we choose D.
