I could see answer D being potential. Answer D creates a reason for the students to stick to the schedule instead of a monetary motivation. It doesn’t matter how strong the answer is to top the explanation of the tutor. we just need to choose something that might question his explanation. So even though option D might seem a soft reason to counter to some, it is still a reason to counter him that prescheduled 10-hour tutoring is more organized and less prompt than the hour-by-hour alternative where a pre-planned schedule can help the students to plan their life events better early ahead leading to less cancellations or rescheduling.
