Your resume, although I have limited context, is excellent. Your candidacy would get a big boost if you just got another 20/30 points for your GMAT and if your essays are excellent and GPS I solid.

Hi Everyone !
I have one persisting doubt regarding the Letter of Recommendation (LOR). I shall be approaching my recommender in a few days regarding the same, but when drafting the LOR, should I write "Your Esteemed Institution" or the university name? The former option seems a safe spot for me, as when applying to multiple universities, it might help in sending the same letter and not getting bothered to call up the personal assistant of the recommender to make corrections and share the same according to the specific university. Plus, the chances of error also drastically decrease to nil. However, I do need some advice on the same. Can someone please provide the same?

I would just keep it "Dear Admissions Committee", but it would be ideal of your recommender was careful enough to write the specific university for each one
