Yes - you want to ask qualitative questions that cannot be found on the website...
If it is an admissions person - ask about their experience in the local town - I’m eager to get to explore Boston, can you share y our favorite place [to do activity relevant to you- hiking, get best chai tea..]
If it’s a student, ask about clubs or favorite professor
If its alum, ask about favorite memory, or what has served them best post-grad in their career

Does it make sense for somebody 35+ age and already at SM position at one of the big consulting firm (Tech Consulting) to go for Exec MBA. what can be the potential upside for them with EMBA?
EMBA shifts to a lens of vision & strategy as it relates to the foundations of business. Courses will require students to apply learnings and implement in real life. This experience can be beneficial if you’ve spent more time on one side of the house. Beyond that, it would be network and pedigree (if bachelor’s wasn’t from a top school) this could be a value add. My personal thoughts would be around funding - if they are willing to sponsor the EMBA, then why not?

You can find some info on top EMBA programs here: https://aringo.com/best-emba-program/
and full-time senior EMBA programs here: https://aringo.com/full-time-senior-emba-programs/
