Did anyone accepted off the waitlist turn down an offer?

This post is almost accurate in my belief. Except I feel the partial and full scholarship is less than 80 percent but high by most standards.

Care to share what exactly did it say?

My wait-list status disappeared and my application is now registered as "Closed," but I have not yet received a rejection email. Is this the case for anyone else?
