Hello folks,
Being in a rather complicated situation, I can't help but ask any of you who may have some valuable insights, to share it with me.
I just took my GMAT on sunday, and got a quite humble score of 660, even though it was a bit more than what I was aiming for.
Also, I'm a german guy currently finishing his Marketing Bachelor with an 3.5 GPA in a quite average university in Belgium, and I have done 2 internship, one abroad and the other one at the german parliament. Plus, I'm currently project manager of a student-run agency working in Digital Marketing.
Right now I'm looking for Msc's, and that's where it get's twisted... As I said, because of obvious reasons (inter ship and bachelor thesis while I was studying for GMAT), I only took the latter this past week-end. Before taking it I was aiming for the IB Msc in Maastricht University, but now that I've exceeded by a bit more than I excpected my Gmat score, I'm telling myself that may be I could apply for better than Maastricht, for example Mannheim, St Gallen and Rotterdam being my top-choices.
Except that, the deadline for the three of them has already passed, which is not the case for Maastricht.
Finally, and that's my questions for you guys, I'm thinking about working one year and trying my chance next year for the three above, instead of starting Maastricht in september. Do you think my profile would fit in any of them? Is this year of waiting, worth the " plus " of having Mannheim or Rotterdam on the resume instead of Maastricht? Or should I just get started in Maastricht and then aim for a better B-school once I will be ready for an MBA?
Thank you in advance.
