Kindly help evaluate my profile.
1. Profile
- Age : 28
- Nationality: Vietnamese - Female
- Undergraduate: HAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finland) - GPA - around 4.38/5
- Targeted GMAT: > 720 (I took the test once with 690, and I'm aiming for higher)
- IELTS: 8.0
2. Work Experience: 4 years
- 1 years as Management Graduate with Philip Morris Vietnam (global company)
- 2 years in Strategy & Planning, with 1.5 years leading the Strategy & Planning team of 3 people for ShopeePay - SEA Group (Most valuable Unicorn Startup in South East Asia)
- 1 years as National CRM Manager for Gojek Vietnam (Unicorn Startup in South East Asia - value $18 bil)
3. Post MBA goal: Marketing or Strategy for Startup in Asia
I have a few questions:
1. I am very concerned by my Undergraduate degree, as UAS is not a common degree outside Europe. Can I target US schools with this degree?
2. Assessing by my profile, can you recommend some schools that I might be able to get admitted (any country)?

As long as it is accredited, it should be fine. Unusual does not mean disqualified. If you are very concerned, you can and probably should reach out to a several of the admissions committees on your list to verify that it will be accepted.
2. Assessing by my profile, can you recommend some schools that I might be able to get admitted (any country)?
We need to know way more before we can build a list. Also, it's a little hard to say with an actual GMAT score below 700 but a target above 700. That's a big difference. I also need to know what you are planning to study and what type of career you are targeting. Even if you are flexible, fit is very important. Can you please provide more color on some of your preferences?

Hi Admissionado and thank you for your answer. I have a few updates with my profile and thus would like your reevaluation and advise on school selection.
1. Profile
- Age : 29
- Nationality: Vietnamese - Female
- Undergraduate: HAMK University of Applied Sciences (Finland) - GPA - around 4.38/5 (my school actually do not calculate GPA, I wrote "around" because I used GPA online calculation tool)
- GMAT: 750
- IELTS: 8.0
2. Work Experience: 5 years
- 1 years as Management Graduate with Philip Morris Vietnam (global company)
- 2.5 years in Strategy & Planning, with 1.5 years leading the Strategy & Planning team of 3 people for ShopeePay - SEA Group (Most valuable Unicorn Startup in South East Asia) - I have promotion in this company from Associate to Senior Associate then to Lead.
- 1 years as National CRM Manager for Gojek Vietnam and then expanded scope to Growth/Consumer Platform manager (Unicorn Startup in South East Asia - value $18 bil)
- Current: Growth Strategist for Tiktok Ecommerce - newly opened business territory for Tiktok in South East Asia.
3. International exposure:
I have quite solid international experiences and I hope this contributes:
- Study my Bachelor Degree abroad (in Finland), during which time I did exchange semesters in Spain (University of Vic), and South Korea (Kyung Hee University)
- Internships in a startup (about ERP system) in Prague, Czech Republic and HR consulting firm in Tokyo, Japan
- Summer Camp Leader for 1 month in California, USA (supervising a group of highschool students to their summer course)
- During my professional career I work with regional teams (mostly from South East Asia countries) on a daily basis
- I also speak Chinese if that provides any weight to my profile
4. Post MBA goal: Tech or Consulting firms. I am looking for a career path in strategy, Data or growth sector.
