I think it's going to test your basic approach to any kind of situations. You could look up on YouTube or hit up any previous alum of the college you're trying to apply to, to get a gist of what they're evaluating, and Kira will ask questions on similar lines. Try it once :)

Just posting a few KIRA questions from the main topic

I completed KIRA videos, 3 questions. 1st one- pronounce ur name - 2nd- Tell us about yourself and why IESE, 3rd - Tell us about a time when you challenged a status quo.

My questions were: 1) Give a background of yourself and what abilities you can bring to the IESE MBA and 2) When was the last time you were creative
