Hi folks,
I thought I'd start this thread so that those of us on the waitlist could commiserate together as well as swap strategies and moves we may be able to use to get off this dreaded status and attain the Admitted status we worked so hard to achieve.

So far, I've reached out to my interviewer and politely let him know of my waitlist status. Hopefully, he can become an advocate of mine if they call upon him again for his opinion.

Thanks Lakai for starting this thread. Are you planning to call the school? Do you have any idea how to submit another letter of recommendation?

i have no idea what the answers to those questions are. quite frankly, this is the reason why i started it, so we can all do a gigantic brainstorm together.
i'm not sure what calling would achieve. however, if you wanted to have another recommendation sent in, I would call to ask who to send it in to.
but the question is, what would another recommendation serve? the way i see it, unless you have an LBS alumni who writes it, I'm not really sure what another rec would add.
