Thank you so much! Great points. Yeah I have some German knowledge but nowhere close to being fluent. Do you think the FT ranking is overrated for St.Gallen? How can they post such high salaries, is it because it is CHF?

It definitely has a high ranking because entry-level salaries are very high in Switzerland and there are a lot of international students in the program. Internationally HSG doesn't even come close in terms of name recognition compared to LBS and Insead. Within the DACH region HSG has a very good reputation, but again, if you don't speak fluent German, options are very limited.

Only reason I would choose HSG is the tuition, which is obviously way lower than both LBS or Insead. But the ROI is definitely there, no matter which program you choose.

Hey,
Tbh you will have great career openings in all of those schools.
In your specific case, as you want to get into MBB, I would advise to go to INSEAD because of their strong links with them, even at the MIM level (in their first cohort out of the 90 students, 21 ended up in MBB - and of course not all of the students wanted to do consulting).

Hi everyone! I applied to all three programs for the autumn intake and were lucky enough to get all three. I applied thinking I were going to be happy getting into just one, but now I have the difficult choice of picking one of them. My career goal is to work as a consultant at MBB internationally. I have recently finished my bachelor at SSE and have internship experience from 2 top 10 management consultancy firms in Europe. Do you guys have any suggestions on which program to choose? Thanks

Hello Helmic,

We are in agreement with the post above.

While the INSEAD program is relatively new, you could opt for it as your goals are to work as a consultant at MBB. The strengths of the program are in line with your goals as is the placement record of the school.

Having said the above, you have some very fine admits and whatever you choose isn't particularly going to classify as an incorrect decision.

Good luck!
