Is it good to get a recommendation letter from my previous supervisor (whom i worked with while I was onsite in USA), as i left my previous company before 2 years (2019)?
Please help me through!

MBA programs usually prefer you provide LOR from your current supervisor, but if you can't do that then other alternatives may be OK.

In general, schools are looking for recommenders who know the candidate very well, on the basis of an experience that is:
1) As long as possible.
2) As intense as possible.
3) Experience that is preferably work-related.

A recommendation from the current workplace is often a must. If the candidate can't bring one, they usually need to add a note explaining why. If possible, it is better to select recommendations that provide different angles on the candidate.
