No, I don't think that's a good idea. You could allude to or quote these letters of appreciation in your essays or have your recommenders do so. Or you could see if your schools are open to unsolicited letters of support in addition to the required reco letters and have the authors of your appreciation letters write letters of support for you. But don't send in the letters of appreciation themselves.
