I get your point, but let me clarify — I actually didn’t start out by complaining about their GMAT resources. I was already facing issues with MIM because they are slow, don’t take accountability, and there’s a lot of miscommunication. During that discussion, I told them that their GMAT classes are also not up to the mark. Instead of acknowledging it, they told me their resources are worth 50k and that other students are doing fine with them. My concern is not just about ‘research before joining,’ but about the fact that when a student raises valid issues, instead of addressing them, they try to put the student down.
