Well I have both, but understand this, no mocks can come close to official mocks, And it's not about quantity, It's about quality

If you want to access yourself correctly and work from there. Choose official mocks. If you just want to stress-test yourself if you can solve the hardest of questions within less time (which is usually the case with TOP mocks), then choose that. They aren't bad, just that they are tougher and nowhere close to the official questions. (I would recommend them if you are aiming for 705+, where every question matters).
