a. Open Open Google spreadsheet (read only) in bb s post above.b. Type in your nearest location by using CTL+F in said spreadsheet.
c. Select corresponding user name in same row. (Press CTL + C) to use this user name in next step.
d. Go to Messages Tab (If you do not see this, click on your user name next to search tab)
e. Select compose and press CTL+V to paste GC id of your buddy here.
f. Send them a short message and you should be good to go.

manhatten gmat cats are way harder then actual exam, so 30-40 point jump is real, but its rare. You can find handfull of reviews here on gmat of the people who did that.
