Hi Ruchi,
I'm also applying for this program. I think the profile and academics look good overall.
What I've heard is General Engineer (Male - generally) is tough, and demands a little higher score than anyone with other profiles. However, that shouldn't be considered as a bugger, because profile and career trajectory, and also impact made in current role counts equally. So, a good score clubbed with your profile should be good enough to secure your admission.
Having that said, I'm also working on my GMAT, and not applied yet. The above advise is a summary of what I learnt from admissions counselor and few connections who studied at ISB.
All the best!

Hi everyone,
I would really appreciate an honest evaluation of my profile for ISB PGP.
Profile:
* Gender: Female
* 10th: 9.8 CGPA
* 12th: 81.8%
* B.Tech: 8.24 CGPA
* Work Experience (at the time of application): ~2.5 years
* Clarivate – Research Engineer (Patents): 9 months
* Capgemini – Cisco TAC Network Engineer: ~1 year 9 months
I am currently preparing for the GMAT.
I have a few questions:
1. How competitive is my profile for ISB PGP?
2. What GMAT Focus score should I target to be competitive?
3. Is 2.5 years of work experience on the lower side, or is it sufficient for ISB admissions?
4. What areas of my profile should I strengthen before applying (leadership, extracurriculars, certifications, essays, etc.)?
I’d be grateful for feedback from current students, alumni, or applicants. Thank you!
