Sentence has comparison error and parallel structure error.
Correct comparison and parallel structure should be ---- between Streets in Paris to those in other city.


(A) that the streets in Paris are more beautiful than any other city. ---------- Comparison error
(C) that Parisian streets are more beautiful than in any other city. ----------- Comparison error
(D) that, unlike any other city, Parisian streets are more beautiful. ----------- Comparison error
(E) that the streets of Paris are more beautiful than the streets in any other city. ------- Parallel structure error.

(B) that the streets in Paris are more beautiful than those in any other city.
Has correct comparison and parallel structure ------- (Streets in Paris ------- than those in any other city).

The original sentence comparison is incorrect. So the initial scan of answer choices reveals this error.

We can eliminate A and D due to the mentioned reason. C- changes the meaning. It says Parisian streets are more beautiful than Parisian streets in any other city. E introduces Parallelism error. Of Paris vs In any other city. So Correct answer is B.
