Hi Aringo! I need help shortlisting Top US Schools (Mostly US 11-25 range)
Profile:
-Indian IT Male with 3 years 6 months work experience.
-Graduated in 2018(B.Tech) with an aggregate of 70.69%
-GRE Score 330 (163V, 167Q)
-I’m from an economically backward family, so a scholarship is a must.

Hi an1rudh
I will try to make it black or white (I know, it isn’t, but...)
1. Most top MBA schools teach kind of the same
2 . Most similarly ranked schools (so let’s say MBAs ranked 15-25, or MBAs ranked 1-5) have the same recruiters, at the same salaries
SO, if you get into more than one program, in the US, the 2 key differentiators are a. how much will it cost you, b. the location (East / West / North / South)
Obvioulsy, you won;t be happy with my answer, so you can look at recruiters, salaries, placment % etc. but then, after you see they are kind of the same, do this
a. apply to as many shcools as possible...
b. if you have more than one offer you can use the two criterions above...

Hope this helps!
you can send me your CV and GRE to shimriw@aringo.com with the schools you had in mind and I will try to weigh in a bit more :)
GOOD LUCK!
This is helpful, thanks Shimri! :)

Which programs in Europe and US accept candidates with more than 11 years of work ex for regular MBA
with 11y of experience, in Europe, you are on the high end but still ok for all programs (12y is usually where they draw the red line)
On the other hand, in the US, 11Y is starting to be too much. I need to know more about you, but generally, I suggest looking at the 1Y programs. you can read more about this here: https://www.aringo.com/mba-over-30/
GOOD LUCK!

Hi,
If your GMAT is higher than average, your work experience is higher than average then you are a good candidate for any school :)
Naturally, I don’t know anything about you, like who are you, gender, origin, what you do, did you have any promotions, what are your hobbies, do you have any managerial experience, do you have international experience and 10 other questions :)

For a detailed profile review, please send me your CV, GMAT score, school wish list and any other info to Shimriw@ARINGO.com

as I said before, ALL schools have scholarships. if you want to make it black or white, your scholarship chances are higher the lower the ranking of the school is (cause you will be more attractive there)
So, in Emory, your chances are higher than in Wharton. Although, Wharton, probably give out more scholarship money than Emory in total, as their class is bigger.

Hope this makes sense...
56% of our clients got scholarships last year, in ALL schools... really :)

SouriBhose hi,
1. The one way you can improve your overall profile, is to score a higher GMAT score, as you come from a very competitive pool of candidates...
2. your profile is good, but the GMAT might not be enough for the top US or EU schools (for example we did have an Indian male engineer with 670 who got offers from HEC, ESADE, IMD in Europe and a 680 Indian male engineer who just got into to Cornell and Georgetown. this year!!! but these kind of schools would probably be on your stretch side of the schools)

so, take the GMAT again (and again) you have time! and then feel free to send me your GMAT, CV, school wish list and other info to shimriw@aringo.com for a deeper profile analysis...
GOOD LUCK!

yes yes and yes. if you score 700+ you should make it!
As I said earlier, once you have a GMAT send me your score and profile details and I will try to help further
