I am looking to apply for Masters programs in finance related fields to gain specialisation.

Age: 26
GMAT: 740 , Q49 V41
Job(2.5 years-post MBA): International and Institutional Banking role in a private sector Bank in India
Internship: Credit Risk Analyst in a private sector bank in India
MBA: IIFT Delhi , gpa : 2.98/4.33
Btech (Electronics and Communication) : IP University Delhi - 70.5%
Other Activities: State Level Table Tennis, played cricket and football for school and college teams.
Senior Editor of the Finance and Business Magazine in IIFT
Involved with multiple NGOs during college
I am looking to apply across U.S , Canada and European Schools. I would appreciate feedback on the courses and schools I should target. Also can a second also be an option?

Well, I did not get your last question ...Can second what be an option? If you mean a Masters, well looking at your work experience, a second masters does make sense for you if you want to specialize in Finance.
You have a pretty interesting profile otherwise.
GPA is a bit concerning though for US and Canadian Schools ( North America is slightly GPA Centric) so you might want to email schools in these countries to confirm your eligibility first.
GMAT looks great though (MFin schools will be interested in your quants score), ECs look decent as well.
EDHEC, IE, WHU, Skema, Simon Fraser, Questrom look some good options that you can target.
