Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out! You have a strong GMAT and it is great to see that you have started to think about your MBA goals. Remember that these goals should really show how you will make your unique mark. In other words, what impact do you want to have in PM at a tech firm? How will you contribute to/improve this field? (we have written more on articulating your MBA goals
here).
As for your GPA question, a 3.5 is not low. It is lower than the average at the top schools, but still well within the range.
You are, however, certainly on the younger side. Age definitely impacts the application quite a bit in terms of determining whether you have had enough experience to excel at school. That said, while the average ages are 27-29 as you pointed out, schools accept applicants across a range. One of the most important things that determines whether you are old enough is how much leadership experience you have had.
Something else to consider is your target school list. While Stanford is obviously a very strong program, we do not recommend putting all your eggs in one basket. Our clients apply to 5 to 8 schools on average to maximize their chances of success.

2. Is it too early for me to apply for MBA? I want to apply this year Sept (i.e. intake of fall 2023)
3. Any other advice to help me strengthen my profile?
4. I am also looking to apply for Knight-Hennessey Scholarship which I know is extremely competitive, but if anyone has advice on that also it will greatly help!
Really appreciate everyone's time and insights!!
