Hi
davitgrigoryanGreat schools at Cali
Also on my list
Your Undergraduate GPA of 4 is great.
Master degree from France is a plus.
You already showed that you can perform on master level with it.
Work experience is on requested level for MBA.
Extra Curricular Activities are just fine.
Overall profile is good.
Your goal and formulation/explanation is great, (American) ad coms love that, to go back to your country and influence there in a positive way.
The more genuine your goal is, the better.
I believe it is, just be sure to convey that in essay and you will be fine.
Okay so you are shooting for 700+.
Let see what figures are saying regarding that.
Average GMAT score for 2017 & 2016 : UC-Berkeley (Haas) 725 (for 2017) 717 (for 2016)
UCLA (Anderson) 716 (for 2017) 715 (for 2016)
USC (Marshall) 703 (for 2017) 692 (for 2016)

These average scores, or GMAT scores in general, are just thresholds that you need to pass in order your application to be seriously considered and to get you an interview.
They do not seriously influence decisions, which are based on rather overall profile, or in other words ad coms use holistic approach.
Meaning, GMAT score is not a secret cow in admission, so act accordingly, just score in that range and you will be fine.
Good luck and see you soon in Cali
