My questions:
i) Would I be competitive at any of these? Which are stretches, and which, if any, am I competitive at? Should I add others?
You seem to posess some key qualities for a run at top tier schools, so while your schools are considered stretch schools for anyone, I don't see why you wouldn't have a chance if you achieve all you set out for yourself. You have much leadership in your background even as a student, so continue to seek leadership opportunities in your career and try to get some international experience along the way. Work in teams and generate good stories from your experiences.
ii) Should I look into doing an alternative transcript? If so, which classes?
I don't see any need for this, particularly if you hit your target GMAT score.
iii) Since I have a couple years until I would apply, is there anything else I could do/build on to help my chance? Extras, community stuff, etc?
yes--all schools want to see that you are making an impact in your community, so anything outside work you can get involved in, particularly if you can lead it...would be good.
iv) Which schools seem like a better fit for me? I'm a very social individual.
SChools where social students thrive include Duke, Kellogg, Michigan, UNC Keenan Flagler, and Tuck.
