total hires 274 ? and people seeking employment 555 ? tx

After a closer look at the report, here is the breakup:

Total Students: 682
Not looking for jobs: 125
Not reported: 2

Total seeking employment: 555. Of these students who:
1. 88.5% received job offers by graduation - 491 students
2. 97.5% received job by 3 months POST-graduation - 541 students

From this number who found jobs, companies that hired 3 or more students: 274.
Kellogg has not reported the companies where the job offers made by a company were lesser than 3

Hope that clarifies it.
We at MBA Decoder had written an article a while ago on how to interpret the employment report. Have a look: https://mbadecoder.com/employment-statistics-report-for-b-school-research/
