I have a 3.6 gpa and 730 on gmat. I am a senior in college. I don't have any work experiences. What are my odds in getting into top business school?

Work experience is pretty much mandatory for getting an MBA from the US or European business schools. That said, you should research deferred MBA programs such as the Harvard 2+2 program. There are several options for current students.

ISB has YLP programme which accepts folks with no experience. However, it largely depends on parameters of your profile.
However, most of the other top US / European/Asian school require min of 2yrs experience and is ideal as you grasp the concepts and understand the scenarios much better when u have exp in ur kitty
