Hi
AB99,
Thank you for your post and for sharing your profile. From the limited data I have, you are a competitive candidate. That said, admission to highly competitive programs is determined on more than just data points. I would like to learn more about your narrative and see how I can help. I particularly would like to learn more about your experiences and goals.
I recommend you take advantage of our 30-min free consultation. If interested, please use

Hello everybody,
I've narrowed down a list of programs that I think I have a reasonable chance of getting accepted to and that place well into asset management. I'm looking for some feedback on my competitiveness as an applicant to these programs and their standing as far as recruitment goes.
Profile:
Nationality: South African (White)
School: Stellenbosch University
Undergrad: Bachelors of Engineering Mechanical ( Don't have a GPA conversion, but if I did it could be summed up as poor)
GMAT: 740 (Q48/V42)
CFA: Passed L1 above 90th percentile. Passed L2 above 90th percentile. Writing L3 this June.
Work Experience: Unrelated to finance. 5 years as a design engineer for an automotive company.
Programs:
LBS MFA
UT Austin MSc Fin
Boston College Ms Fin
Vanderbilt Ms Fin
USC MSc Fin
UCLA MFE
I understand the UCLA program is quant focused, but it can't hurt to keep some options open.
Thanks for the feedback.
