1. Describe an experience or experiences you have had that highlight the value of diversity in a business setting. (500-word maximum)
My question is:
Is it ok to start the value of diversity in personal life and then move on to business setting or this question is meant to address only the business setting.

My second question then would be, if this is the approach most of the applicants take then won't this make me one of the many in the crowd, even though other parts of the application does count.
