I have a question about Michigan's essay question, which i
ve included.below.... For my "personal" development i'd like to talk about how my definition of success has changed over the last 2 years. Its a deeply personal story. Is the aforementioned response pertinent to the essay question....The "proactive" steps i took to develop "personally"?

Essay Question:.......

Our unique approach to utilizing action-based learning and interdisciplinary experiences allows our students to develop the confidence and skills to build and lead organizations. In this environment, Michigan MBAs are active participants in the learning process and assume responsibility for co-creating their educational experience.

Given this context, please respond to the following question:
Describe the steps you proactively took to develop professionally and personally over the past two years.

I really can't answer that question without seeing the essay. I can imagine essays about a changing definition of success that would hit the mark. Bullseye. :) I can also imagine essays fitting your description that wouldn't even be in the ballpark. :cry: sorry I can't be of more help.
