On the acceptance form when it asks what schools you applied to and to rank them

What is that data used for? Don't want to say MIT was not #1 choice and regret it later haha

Something tells me, they want to use it as a survey to see how they are performing. I don't think writing that MIT is the first choice will make any difference, because they know that everyone would do that. I think MIT is one the most practical schools among other top 7. They do not require u to speak about your goals, because they understand that your goals will change after b-school. Unlike other schools, which literally force you to come up with your short or long term goals.
