Hello,
Some questions from me:-

How would you get people together in person to get some real TBD mocking? And where would you be conducting the mock - (in the US? which city?)
Or is it only Skype.

Regards,
sanghar

We use Google Hangouts for the mock TBDs. That way no one has to be in any specific location. Previous participants felt really prepared for the real thing. Here is a sample of what previous mock TBD participants valued in the experience:

Participant Feedback

“The opportunity to practice discussing the interview topic with other skilled and motivated candidates. I believe after participating in one of these groups, the candidates are much more prepared for the real interview.”

“This exercise gave me the opportunity to practice with students who actually have received the interview invite as well. It gave me a clear picture of how the discussion would flow and identify areas I need to focus on to improve my performance in the actual interview. Thank you!”

“Living the experience of the group IV with other people invited to IV. Seeing my own weaknesses and other people's strengths.”

Best,
Linda Abraham
