A. an hourly news and weather report every hour

B. hourly weather and news reports every hour

C. an hourly news and weather report once an hour

D. news reports and an hourly weather report

E. an hourly news and weather report

I feel ans is E, because an hourly is common for both news and weather as they are joined by coordinating conjunction and.
