In 2011 I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
Now I want to coninue my education but I can't decide between MS and MBA
I know MBA is more recognized amongst emoloyers but at the same time it won't give me an exact profession - If someone asks me What's your job, what should I reply "Manager, Boss, Director" ...
I checked lots of MBA programes and I've already studied many of the courses their offer, during my bachelor degree. I know MBA will give me lots of additional information, skills and will prepare me for a high managerial position, but then again I'm 24 with only 1 year of post-grad working experience, so I can hardly believe someone will put me in charge.
And on the other side is the MS which will give me the opportunity to get a profession (Advertising and PR) and to become a specilist in a certain field.
My question is, which one the MS or the MBA will go better with my Bachelor degree of Business Administration?
PS. I don't really want to run a company or to be a CEO. I want to be one of those people, Managers and Directors contact for advices in the decision-making process. I guess I just want to be really good and recognized specialist in only one particular field

If you are not seeking senior management roles, then the MS sounds like the better path for you. The MBA is certainly going to go into greater depth on the subjects that you covered in your BBA, but there is no reason for you to study leadership and decision making in depth if you are not hoping to rise to the level of senior management.
