hey! I have a gmat of 700 but my gpa is low with 6.68/10 in economics hons. I have 2 internships and one research project. do i have a chance at bocconi? can you share your profiles?

Yeah sure.
GPA: 7.6/10
GMAT: 700
Exchange in the Netherlands.
No relative experience.

I believe you have decent chances but make sure u apply to a wide range of schools. And apply early!

Hi, I would say that you have decent chances at Bocconi. The GPA is on the lower end, but Bocconi like most EU schools, is slightly more flexible with the GPA if the overall profile is good. 
You have not mentioned your extra-curricular profile -It would be a good idea to highlight extra-curriculars to compensate for the GPA part.

average gmat should be around 650-670, yours might be a bit too on the low end of the range but you might get there eventually !

Hi guys, I am an italian guy so maybe I could give you some useful insights about the terrible situation we are living at the moment.
Italy is locked down, with people allowed to go out only for extremely urgent situations. However,despite the situation is not at its best at the moment, I am very confident that it will end soon and in about 2/3 months everything will come back to normality.
If i can give you some advice about your situation, I will suggest you to pay your deposit. I know how much effort and consistency you should have put to achieve admission in such a competitive course, so do not let fear conquer you! Furthermore the course will begin in September right? So there is plenty of time.
Just look China situation, they handled it very well and hopefully destroyed the virus in a couple of months.
Congratulations to all admitted, enjoy your achievements and do not worry: Italy will come back even stronger!
What will not come back stronger for sure is my GMAT exam

Hi all,

I'm planning to apply to Bocconi's MFin in R4. Following Cambridge Uni's recent announcement (online courses through 2020/2021), has anyone of you heard if Bocconi would consider taking the same approach? That'd bother me paying a master's tuition fees for online education...

Here's a quick profile evaluation to know whether it's worth applying: 
- 22-year old French national
- Graduated with distinction from McGill Uni with 3.5/4 GPA
- Exchange semester in South Korea
- 1-year buy-side work experience at a large pension fund in London
- The main weakness is my 600 GMAT. I took the test once in Dec19 to gauge my level and I haven't retaken it since.

Hey,

Bocconi hopes to start the school year on campus. At least that is what they are communicating. Although I heard that classes will be available online for those who cannot be physically present.

Odd approach from Cambridge. Why would you remove optionality of starting offline if things get better?

A few weeks ago during an online info session, Bocconi representative told that there are still spots and scholarships available for MSc programmes.

I would try to retake GMAT if possible though. I think you should be able to push it to 650 with little practice.

Does anyone have experience with the admission committee of Bocconi ? How do they value international experience ?
Do I still have a chance with a 620 gmat and 2.5 years working / studying abroad ? This includes 1.5 year working for Credit Suisse.
