I just got done with my online gmat exam yesterday but I had the most pathetic, miserable and worst experience of my life.
As soon as the proctor told me that she(jennifer) has verified all the details and photos and that she is going to push the exam , my laptop screen went blank and it was black, my video was being recorded so i kept waving hands asking for help, i was crying and pleading for someone to contact , but nobody contacted me so i tried calling customer service who attended my call after 40 minutes of wait time. By then I had lost all my cool and I was terrified since i was not sure whether my exam is running in the background and only I am unable to see it, (i hope they refer to the recorded videos of the time and check that from their end)
The customer care agent told me to re-launch the application from my laptop and try to see if that works , but by then almost 90 mins had passed. So when I relaunched the application another proctor (thomas) came to chat window and told me that i can move forward and start the test at 2pm. After going through 90 mins of trauma, in that state of mind, I started my test and obviously I couldn't perform well as i was Just not able to perform even simple calculations in that time, Somehow in that mental state and struggling through quant section, I reached the verbal section where when I tried to take the notes of RC passage, my whiteboard kept getting reset and my notes kept getting deleted . I got literally jolted and I failed to understand what was going wrong.
I was so well prepared for the test , but this incident just ruined my months of hard work and efforts. GMAT exam is one the most expensive exams. who is going to take responsibility for this ???
