My mba com account says PVUE blocked. What should I do?

I tried various coupon codes while booking the exam and suddenly my account got blocked. Now I am unable to book the slot for my GMAT. Can anyone help me out here.

Weird!

have you taken the test before? If this is a brand new account, you can open another one. There is no rule about using multiple accounts (though I would not do it if you have taken the test already)

Yes this is my brand new account. But I am just worried about my email.

All my interactions with the MBA content and MBA colleges are with my primary email. So I wanted to GMAT score to be associated with my primary only.

Your email doesn’t really matter for the purposes of score reporting or applications. However, you can always contact customer support and see what caused your account to be flagged. I would be interested in learning so you can definitely try that route first before abandoning it… 😇

Consider sending an email through the GMAC email support system. A ticket number should hopefully be generated.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

I submitted ticket to GMAC and also called Pearson VUE. It took 48hrs to get back my account. The customer care executive just mentioned that there was some crash in their backend and this kind of block happens frequently to multiple users. Hope this helps others👍

This has helped a lot. I submitted the complaint to customer care. I am yet to receive feedback however I am glad I will get my account back. Registration g for the 2nd time.

Hey, I called them in the morning and the issue got resolved within 3-4 hours.

FYI- This is the number for PearsonVUE for IT exams, but they will redirect this to the Gmat team.

It's good to see that they fixed the issue, though it seems that the entire mba.com website is down right now (I see only "Server Error in '/' Application."). Hopefully they'll be back soon.
