Hello,
can someone please evaluate my profile?
I am 28yo, male, Italian, with almost 5 yrs of work experience.
I graduated in Engineering in 2009 from the Polytechnic University of Milan (107/110), and thereafter I worked 1 year as Business Strategy Analyst in Finmeccanica (the main Aerospace/Defence italian player). Then I joined Deloitte, where I have been working as a Management Consultant in the last 3 yrs.
My GMAT score is 710 (V:43, Q:45, IR:6)
Since I would like to work either in the luxury or in the entartainment industry, my first options are SDA Bocconi (LBM track), UCLA, NYU Stern. I am also thinking about the HEC Paris and the Melbourne Business School.
Do you think my profile is worth a shot? Or should I either lower my goals or aim for a better GMAT score?

You seem to have a competitive profile with solid branding. Your quant subscore may cause concern at the more selective schools you mentioned although it's probably fine at Bocconi and Melbourne. So if you think you can raise it before the second round (Jan. 2015), I would do that. I would want to see your CV before giving you odds on your chances at Stern. Hey there!
We'll I'd love to get some more detail about your work experience as well as your studies, extra curricular activities, and volunteer work too! But basically - Italian male (not too bad, not such a common applicant country), two good jobs, a 710, with great GPA. I think you are more or less good for the list of schools you have presented - all should offer you at least some reasonable chance of admission, as long as you write some beautiful essays,
