Glad this helped. Your long-term goal needs to be aligned and sound. I wouldn't go the entrepreneur route unless you have evidence in your recent experience that will give the AdComm confidence in your ability to execute that plan successfully. An EMBA is intended to put you on a faster track to climb your current organization, so keeping in line with that story is your best bet. As far as your chances go for a top MBA (I assume you mean top 10 in the or top 20 in the world), your current scores aren't going to cut it. Your < 3.0 GPA hurts you big time. Scoring higher on the GMAT will help, but to really make a difference you'll something in the 740+ along with an alternative transcript of recent coursework where you've consistently done well.
