Hi guys,
I lost my appointment for a GMAT online test because the proctor did not allow me to start since my ID second name and second last name was not included in my user name.
Do you have any experience or contact that could help me to reschedule the test?

Ultimately, Examity or GMAC itself could potentially reschedule an online attempt. There is some contact info on the MBA website (i.e. a phone number for your region) you could reach out to GMAC on (in addition to sending an email to customer support).

You should reach out to Examity on this page, but I don't think they'll let you reschedule your test. You'll most likely need to book a new appointment.
