WORK-EX:
3 years at the time of matriculation for Class of 2016.
Worked with Samvardhana Motherson Group (SMG) (World’s 5th automotive largest group) for initial 1 year as a Software Engineer. Involved in different roles for 2 years. Was a JAVA developer for the first 12 months and worked on a project related to automobile industry wherein we tracked all the activities of major automobile players (like Mercedes, Audi, Volkswagen etc.) and their manufacturing plants. In this project I proposed a module which involved scanning of invoices, of which I proposed the algorithm, to potentially reduce the effort at customer’s side. This brought a business of 6.2 Million INR to organization. Also, was responsible for the development of the entire module and lead a team of 4 to achieve the same. Received Star Performer of the Year award for the initiative taken and Rising Star of the Year for technical competency.
In lieu to this initiative taken, after 1 year in the organization, I was shifted to Business Intelligence Team to use and work with critical data like revenue; budget etc. of the organization to track down the lacuna’s and to suggest possible changes to be made for organization’s benefit. Working as a strategic consultant to the SMG Group in a team of 65 and managing 4 people in case studies and other necessary course work at workplace. Working in this team, I proposed the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) which shall mitigate the re-work done in few teams in the organization. Upon review it was implemented in the organization and other companies in the group. Implementation was widely appreciated in the Spain unit of SMG. Other units are yet to report the outcome upon implementation. Later, I inked down the proposed SDLC and got it converted in a research paper, published in a prestigious journal.
Received 2 promotions in a span of 2 years, ahead of peers who joined alongside me.
ENTRPRENEURSHIP EXPERIENCE (2010-2013)

The company is registered in the name of www[dot]crebertech[dot]com. Company clocked revenue of around INR 1 lakh in its first year and has been progressing since.
