Hi Scott/Omari,
I had asked about my chances, giving my brief background here...

It will be good if you can just refer to the link above to understand my
situation better.
Now, in my company I'm in a situation where I have to choose between
two alternatives for next 1 year at least.
1. I can work in India itself on a new technology where I'll get to
lead a team & I'll be able to demonstrate my people management as well as
my technical skills.
2. I can work abroad (far east) for couple of months on existing
technology with people there (international experience).
(I have also worked in the US for couple of months through my company
for about a month).
Since my road map is to do MBA from top schools, I want to select the
alternative, that will make my application more stronger & distinct.
I think, being an engineer (IT), I need to distinguish myself from the large
pool of applicants from similar background like mine. Please advice me,
how can I make use of this opportunity...what's the best choice?
Best Regards,
Vivek
