I'd do an exam every 2-3 days. Take the next one only after you have finished reviewing it and practice some extra material of your weaknesses.
Do as much OG as possible.

does anyone have any tips on data sufficiency questions that deal with if two variables (either subtract.additionetc) is zero, less than zero?

Actually, jb32, GMAT instructors will tell you that you shouldn't need to take more than 4 tests if you are really studying the results of your tests properly. You need to understand what works and what doesn't. Quantity does not beat quality of study time. Just plowing through test after test isn't going to help.
