Need help for finalising my mba plan : Ask Admissionado

Hello team,
I am trying for full time ex maba.And have been interviewd by IIM C AND L.But could not convert.
Now in reanalysis I need aone help ..
1 Should I reappear Gmat as my score is 650 v33q47 and that has affected final call.
2. Is my age is now a barrier as I am already 35.
3..Is my profile of operational maintenance with 11 year exp is hinderance.

Or may be all is good but I need refining for interview and can try next year or any other b school this year.
Or any other courses thatcan help me for good career progression as my current company do not give weigtage to part time or online mba.
