What are we supposed to mention here in Awards?
Initially, I thought that we are supposed to mention the ranks and position we achieved in various competitions and sports but then in extracurricular activity also asks to mention the designation held.

Thanks

Hi vyascd,

The awards section should mention (literally) awards that you have received. If you have won first place in national robotics competition, for example - that would be an award, and then describe the award (give details about the competitiveness of the program/competition you were involved in). If you have won awards in your company, academic awards, etc., then include them in this section as well. If you have no awards, then you should leave this section blank.

I hope this helps.

Good luck!

Sir,
Does Research Paper Publication come under Awards?
Or does it come under Extracurricular activity?

Hi vyascd,

Has your research paper publican earned you an award? If yes, then it does go under the award section. If not, then no. I would not consider a published research paper as an extracurricular activity
