I've visited the following places
1. CV
2. Manya - Princeton Review
3. Education Aisle
Frankly speaking, I'm not convinced with any of them.
There are too many fake reviews online and I don't want to waste 30K on a course that's not worth it.
I'm planning to give my exam early in 2018.
Need your help Zeroing in on a good institute in Bangalore.
Look forward!!
Hi,
Congratulations on taking the first step
GMAT is a tough exam and it tests you in more than one ways. The main issue with GMAT is not how to solve a question but how to solve it in given time. I was a student and Manya and have scored 700+ and a big credit for that goes to Manya and GMAT Club. It is not a one size fits all scenario so what worked for me might or might not work for you. Because i have been at Manya, i can give you an unbiased review for them. If you look at Manya's Course material, it is amazing, designed in a way to guide and raise you from basics to the actual GMAT level questions. The tricks and strategies go a long way in solving 700 level questions. Moreover their student portal is a big plus, with numerous drills, backup videos and ample of tests to hone pacing, strategy and skills. You get 10 tests and a few more if you qualify for booster classes. So its quite a decent deal. In my personal opinion, i wouldn't recommend CV.....its just that the methodologies didn't work for me. You have 700+ scores from CV as well so i am sure they are good, but it just didn't work for me. Never been to EA so cant comment on that. Another good part about Manya is that the entire course is structured with Mandatory homework etc. This worked for me as it instills a sense of discipline. Moreover the study material which they provide is more than sufficient
What i would suggest is that you talk to their admission counselor and sit in a demo class for both Quant and Verbal. I dont think they will have any issues with that. I have interacted with following trainers at Manya and found them good:
Verbal: Bodhana, Merilly, Soujanya.
Quant: Shoelin (I doubt if he is in the system now).
I wish you all the best for your GMAT journey ahead.

Sharad
